V2 is no longer available. V3 is a ground-up rebuild with new cable hardware and is not backwards-compatible with V2. Existing V2 cables continue to work with V2 software.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your kit is dispatched.

Will V3 work with my existing V2 cable?

No. V3 uses completely new cable hardware with ESD protection and LED indicators — it's a ground-up redesign. V2 and V3 are separate products. Your V2 cable continues to work with V2 software.

Does V3 work on Mac?

Yes. V3 runs natively on macOS with Metal acceleration on Apple Silicon Macs. Intel Macs and Linux are not supported at launch.

What's the warranty on the V3 cable?

Lifetime. If your V3 cable ever fails under normal use, we replace it. No time limit, no questions asked.

What bikes does V3 support?

Same models as V2: Aprilia SXV 450/550, RXV 450/550, and MXV 450/550. ECU-C models have full support. ECU-G models require an adapter.
